(Companion Bill: HB 434 Ted Stevens Anchorage Int'l Airport) Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Green: Page 1, line 1, following "Airport" (title amendment): Insert "; and providing for an effective date" Page 1, following line 6: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 8, 2000." Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that SB291(efd add H) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. (technical title change) Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
